Coach
Training under Daniel Cormier brought Tommy into a high-standard environment. Cormier is a former UFC two-division world champion and one of the most accomplished competitors in MMA history. As part of Tommy’s coaching and mentorship circle, he brings elite-level perspective, championship habits, and a standard shaped by Olympic wrestling, world titles, and decades of competition at the highest level.

Coach Remy is a USA Certified Boxing Coach and former professional boxer with over 15 years of experience helping athletes and everyday clients build strength, confidence, and elite conditioning. A 2017 North Carolina Boxing Coach of the Year, he blends high-level boxing knowledge with exercise science to develop results-driven training inside and outside the ring.
